Our shipping provider is Japan Post. Japan Post Office will only accept parcels to a limited number of countries.

Shipping rates are based on weight, and there is a Minimum Fee even if you only order one item. Don't be fooled by "Free Shipping" that actually includes the shipping fee in the product price. (You'll wind up paying rates for the most expensive countries). Check prices of our products and compare them to other popular stores. Shipping fees are Expensive and Unavoidable, and there is a minimum fee even if you only order a few items.

We use live shipping rates provided by Japan Post at the time you place your order based on actual shipping rates for your country. While we can not offer a discount on the shipping price (as Japan Post sets shipping rates), we can offer a discount to help cover the high shipping cost.

If you order Over $25.00 (USD), you can use Discount Code: LOWERSHIPPING to get 30% Off all Products in your Shopping Cart. The savings here can greatly reduce the burden of shipping. (If you place a larger order it could completely cover the shipping cost, and more).

We recommend ordering at least 7-10 items to get the best total price (Product + Shipping). When choosing items, please consider the weight of the products. Instant coffee jars, liquid creamer and large boxes of instant "stick" coffee/tea are especially heavy and will result in higher shipping fees.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

EMS (Express Mail Service):  Provides a registered tracking number to track your shipment online. 100% Insured. (Delivery: Worldwide in 3 to 6 days).

International Post - AIRMAIL:  This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. (Delivery: Worldwide in 7-10 days). For some countries discounted "ePacket" (Airmail - Small Packet) is available for parcels with a total weight under 2,000 grams.

International Post - SURFACE:  Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Japan Post charges about $18 USD for the first 1,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country.  The service is slow but very dependable. Japan Post advises 1-3 Months for delivery.  (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).
