We can not change the price Japan Post charges for shipping, but we can offer a discount (on our already low product prices) to help cover the high shipping cost.
Just add OVER $25.00 (USD) to your shopping cart and use Discount Code: SAVEONSHIPPING when you Checkout to get 30% OFF the price on everything in your shopping cart. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE PRICE FOR THE SHIPPING FEE. You will still have to choose a shipping option, but the discount you receive on the products will cover most or all of the shipping fee, especially for larger orders.
We recommend ordering at least 7-10 items to get the best TOTAL PRICE: (Product + Shipping). Check how much you are getting the products for even with the shipping cost included. (While other stores charge 2 or 3 times more than us for products and offer "FREE SHIPPING", we offer low prices and charge the exact amount it costs to send parcels to your country).
PLEASE NOTE: When choosing items, please consider the weight of the products. Instant coffee jars, liquid creamer and large boxes of instant "stick" coffee/tea are especially heavy and will result in higher shipping fees.
Did you know that even sending and empty box to you will cost about $15.00 (USD)? Shipping fees are based on weight and there is a MINIMUM FEE for the first several hundred grams. If you only order a few items, you'll pay the highest base price. For the best deal, place an order of several items and use our discount. The more products you order, the more you will save. EMS (Express Mail Service): Provides a registered tracking number to track your shipment online. 100% Insured. (Delivery: Worldwide in 3 to 6 days).
AIRMAIL: This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. (Delivery: Worldwide in 7-10 days).
AIRMAIL (Small Packet) Registered: This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. Available to limited countries for parcels with a total weight under 2,000 grams. This is a service where international mail is handled as SURFACE mail in both Japan and the destination country and as AIRMAIL between the two countries. The service is much faster than SURFACE mail while the cost is lower than AIRMAIL. (Delivery: Worldwide in 1-3 weeks).
AIRMAIL (Small Packet) Unregistered: Available to limited countries for parcels with a total weight under 2,000 grams. This is a service where international mail is handled as SURFACE mail in both Japan and the destination country and as AIRMAIL between the two countries. There is NO TRACKING SERVICE, NO INSURANCE, NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY for this option. (This means you will NOT be able to track your parcel online). We will send a photograph of your parcel being delivered to the post office, but we will provide no refunds for "lost" or undelivered parcels. Use this option at your own risk. The service is much faster than SURFACE mail while the cost is lower than AIRMAIL. (Delivery: Worldwide in 1-3 weeks).
SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. Japan Post advises 1-3 Months for delivery. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).
