We use actual live shipping rates directly from Japan Post. We can not change the price Japan Post charges for shipping, but we can offer a discount (on our already low product prices) to help cover the high shipping cost.

To get this discount you must have OVER $25.00 (USD) worth of products in your shopping cart. During checkout use Discount Code: SAVEONSHIPPING. This will subtract 30% of the cost of all the items in your shopping Cart. THIS DOES NOT CHANGE THE SHIPPING FEE. You will still have to choose and pay for a selected shipping option, however the 30% you save on the products could cover most or all of the shipping fee, especially for larger orders.

We recommend ordering at least 7-10 items to get the best TOTAL PRICE (Product + Shipping). Even with the shipping cost included, our prices are very competitive. When choosing items, please consider the weight of the products. Instant coffee jars, liquid creamer and large boxes of instant "stick" coffee/tea are especially heavy and will result in higher shipping fees.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

EMS (Express Mail Service):  Provides a registered tracking number to track your shipment online. 100% Insured. (Delivery: Worldwide in 3 to 6 days).

AIRMAIL:  This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. (Delivery: Worldwide in 7-10 days).

ECONOMY AIRMAIL (ePacket): This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. Available to limited countries for parcels with a total weight under 2,000 grams. (Delivery: Worldwide in 7-10 days).

AIRMAIL (Small Packet):  There is NO TRACKING SERVICE with this option. This means you will NOT be able to track your parcel online. (Although delivery has been very dependable and we haven't seen any "lost" parcels to date). This is a service where international mail is handled as SURFACE mail in both Japan and the destination country and as AIRMAIL between the two countries. The service is much faster than SURFACE mail while the cost is lower than AIRMAIL. (Delivery: Worldwide in 1-3 weeks).

SURFACE:  Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country.  The service is slow but very dependable. Japan Post advises 1-3 Months for delivery.  (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months). 

SURFACE (Small Packet): Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (This service is available for parcels with a total weight under 2,000 grams). There is NO TRACKING SERVICE with this option.
