Instructions: (How to Brew) First Harvest Sencha with Gyokuro.
1. Pour boiling water into teacup(s) and and let it cool to about 70-80 degrees.
2. Put about 1 tablespoon (about 7g) of tea leaves into the teapot and pour in the hot water that was cooled in step 1.
3. After 30-60 seconds (depending on your preference) pour out the tea without leaving any behind for the second brew.
