2. Pour 350~500ml of water into the bottle.
3. Close the lid of the bottle tightly to prevent the liquid from spilling, and shake well to dissolve.
Tips: (1) If the inside of the bottle is wet, the powder may be difficult to dissolve. (2)When using water, if you fill the bottle to the brim, the powder may be difficult to dissolve.
