Ogawa Coffee Shop "Shop Blend" Coffee beans is a 160 gram package of premium coffee beans from Ogawa Coffee.

Ogawa Coffee Shop was founded in Kyoto in 1952 as a coffee shop specializing in coffee culture, and Caters to customers' demanding needs and diversity.

Instructions: (How to Brew). Grind or mill Ogawa Coffee Shop Blue Mountain Blend Ground Coffee and follow these instructions to "drip brew" Delicious Coffee:

1. Set the filter in a "Coffee Dripper Basket". Use about 2 Teaspoons per one cup (140ml) of water.

2. Pour boiling water over the Coffee Grounds and allow to soak and Steam for about 20 seconds.

3. When the Coffee Grounds swell, pour the boiling water in short intervals while the coffee drips from the "Coffee Dripper Basket".
