Oigawa Shizuoka Matcha green tea is an instant green tea powder with a pleasant taste that uses 100% Shizuoka Matcha from Kyoto prefecture ground with a stone mill. High Quality Stone milled Rich Matcha.

The tea leaves (tencha) for matcha, which are carefully selected from Shizuoka prefecture, are powdered and finished in vivid green. It has a pleasant mouthfeel, making it ideal for hot and cold matcha drinks as well as for recipes and cooking.

Perfect for the Japanese Green Tea Ceremony or to relax and enjoy anytime. Completely dissolves in Water or Milk so it can be enjoyed conveniently anytime. You can enjoy an Authentic Smooth and Deep Matcha taste.

Instructions: (How to Brew). Just by putting Oigawa Shizuoka Matcha green tea in a cup and pouring hot water, you can easily enjoy an Authentic Matcha anytime.

Hot Matcha: Put one teaspoon of Shizuoka Matcha Powder (about 1 grams) in a cup. Pour 50-100ml of hot water (80 degrees C) into the cup. *Whisk to make a Fine-Foamy Matcha. (Please note that using a “whisk” is not necessary, but is recommended for making matcha with a Smooth Froth.

Iced Matcha: Put about 2 spoonfuls of Shizuoka Matcha Powder (about 2 grams, or adjust to taste) in a cup. Pour 100-150ml warm water into the cup. Add several ice cubes and stir gently until cold.

Matcha Milk: Put about 2 spoonfuls of Shizuoka Matcha Powder (about 2 grams, or adjust to taste) in a cup. Pour 100-150ml Milk into the cup. Add several ice cubes and stir gently until cold.

Bottle: Put two spoonfuls (Adjust to bottle size and taste preference) of Shizuoka Matcha Powdered Green Tea into a travel flask (thermos) and add Hot or Cold water (about 200ml). Close the flask and shake until well mixed and a fine foam appears. Enjoy!

Cooking: Add Shizuoka Matcha Powdered Green Tea to your favorite recipes. Mild and Rich flavor is perfect for cuisine and sweets. You can enjoy it by sprinkling it on yogurt or ice cream.

SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).
