UCC's "W" Roast Coffee Bean Roasting and Blending. Natural Refined Coffee Beans (unwashed) are used. Coffee (fruit) are dried and refined in the sun, so the flavor of the pulp condenses on the coffee beans. The feature is the "Sweetness" that coffee originally has. Instructions: (How to Brew). Artisan's Coffee Mild Blend with Mellow Taste Blend Ground Coffee instructions to "Drip Brew" Delicious Coffee:
1. Set the filter in a "Coffee Filter Basket". Use about 2 Teaspoons per one cup (140cc - 160cc) of water.
2. Pour boiling water over the Coffee Grounds and allow to soak and Steam for about 20 seconds.
3. When the Coffee Grounds swell, pour the boiling water in short intervals from the center outwards, while the coffee drips from the "Coffee Filter Basket"and desired amount of cups are brewed.
