Instructions: (How to Brew) ITO EN Everyday Roasted Green Tea Houjicha
Hot Brew (2 servings): Use 3g (about 3 spoonfuls) Pour hot water (200ml) over the tea leaves (about 95 degrees C). Steeping time about 30 seconds (gently swirl the ingredients).
Cold Brew (2 servings): Use 6g (about 3 spoonfuls) Pour cold water (200ml) over the tea leaves. Steeping time about 3 minutes (gently swirl the ingredients).
Please adjust the strength according to your preference. It tastes best when you pour every last drop after stirring. (From the second brew, pour as soon as possible).
