Hot: Put about 1 teaspoon of Soft-packed Matcha in a cup, (3 grams or to taste), pour 140 cc hot water (or milk), stir well.
Iced: Put about 1 teaspoon of Soft-packed Matcha a glass (3 grams or to taste), stir well with water and add 2 to 3 ice cubes. For Matcha Au Lait use only Milk instead of water.
