Instructions: (How to Brew) GENMAICHA (Brown rice tea) with UJI MATCHA.
1. Fill a teacup with hot water about 80% full. Points: Water temperature should be about 90-100°C.
2. Add a little more tea leaves than usual. Tips: 8-10g (2 tablespoons) for three servings.
3. Pour the hot water from the teacup into the teapot and wait for about 30 to 40 seconds. Key point: Wait patiently until the time is up.
4. Pour in an even, concentrated manner, squeezing out every last drop.
