This series continues the passion and aspirations for making quality products that has remained unchanged since the generation of Tsujiri's founder "Tsujiriemon", and brings out the ideal way to enjoy coffee and tea.
It is a luxurious coffee that harmonizes the Gorgeous Aroma with the Rich Sweetness and Acidity of fruit. "Specialty grade beans" are used as raw materials. A blend of Gorgeous and Mellow flavors that allows you to feel the pleasant acidity of one high-quality bean along with the mellowness of Colombian beans is born.
"Specialty grade beans" are a raw coffee beans that have a score of 80 points or more by the Q grader, which judges the flavor of specialty grade coffee, and also meets the standards in equipment analysis. Used for Colombian and Brazilian coffee beans. (80% or more of all raw materials).

Instructions: (How to Brew). Follow these simple steps to "Drip Brew" Mon Cafe Premium Blend Coffee.
You can choose the temperature of hot water and the amount of time to pour it. We recommend "freshly boiled hot water" for "Delicious brewing", but this is just a general standard. Once you try various blends with various water temperatures, please try to find your favorite water temperature.
You can pour 140 ml of hot water and keep pouring the water slowly until your cup is full and brewed. Or you can pour the water over the coffee grounds a little bit at time (divide it over several times), the flavor will make a big difference. With this ingenuity, the usual Moncafe will be transformed into a delicious coffee of your choice. Please try it.
★ Changing the temperature of the hot water. When brewing at a high temperature (90 to 95 degrees): The coffee has a strong aroma and a solid flavor.
When brewing at a low water temperature (80-85 degrees): The coffee is mild and has a mild taste.
★ Changing the time for pouring hot water. When pouring hot water all at once in a short time you'll get a cup of Coffee with a light acidity and a light taste.
When pouring over time (or divided into several portions) you'll get a cup of Coffee with a strong coffee aroma and a strong flavor.
★ To brew iced coffee: Put the Mon Cafe on a glass filled with ice and slowly pour hot water to finish. As the ice melts and thins, you can enjoy a solid taste by brewing it to a darker color than usual. If you get the hang of it, you can pursue your own taste. Because it is a drip type, the way to enjoy coffee increases.

AIRMAIL: This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 7-14 days).
FLAT RATE: International Airpacket: "Flat Rate International Airpacket (Airmail)" shipping is the same as International Airpacket (Airmail) below. It is only for packages with a TOTAL WEIGHT of under 2,000 grams. (Please note that our online shop shows the weight for the Product only, not the shipping weight of the package and shipping materials). If you do not see "ePacket Light" as an option, try removing items from your shopping cart untill the total weight is under 2,000. (If the total weight of your order including packaging and shipping are under 2,000 grams, this option will be available).
International Airpacket (Airmail): This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. Available to limited countries for parcels with a Total Weight under 2,000 Grams. This is a service where international mail is handled as SURFACE mail in both Japan and the destination country and as AIRMAIL between the two countries. The service is much faster than SURFACE mail while the cost is lower than regular AIRMAIL. PLEASE NOTE that some countries including Canada and Australia may not scan and update tracking for incoming "International Airpacket" parcels, however delivery is very dependable and on time. Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-4 Weeks).
SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).

GENERAL
Our products are shipped worldwide directly from our shop in Japan, therefore any taxes (Sales tax, Consumption tax, etc.) imposed by the Japanese Administration have already been paid by us prior to the shipment of your parcel. This does NOT include any VAT/GST, Tariffs, Customs duties or fees or any other import/delivery fees imposed by your country. (We do ship all parcels the the United States DDP, so all import fees are already paid when you receive your parcel. You will not be charged any other fees whatsoever to receive your parcel).
VAT/GST, Tariffs, Customs and Duties
A Value-Added Tax (VAT), also known in some countries as a Goods and Services Tax (GST), is a type of tax that is assessed incrementally, based on the increase in value of a product or service at each stage of production or distribution. VAT/GST is usually implemented as a destination-based tax, where the tax rate is based on the location of the consumer and applied to the sales price. Customs and duties and Tarriffs may also be imposed by the receiving country at their own discretion.
We have no control over import regulations in your country. We pack and label parcels in accordance with Japan Postal laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any VAT/GST, Tariffs, Customs fees or any other fees which your country my impose.
If you live in a country that happens to impose VAT/GST, Tariffs, Customs and Duties, or any other import/delivery fees on any of our products, you may have to pay them upon receipt of your order. PLEASE CHECK IMPORT LAWS FOR YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER IN OUR SHOP.
If you do not accept delivery of a parcel for any reason (example: did not want to pay VAT/GST, Tariffs, Customs and duties, or any other import/delivery fees, we will not accept the returned parcel and a refund for shipping fees and returned products will not be possible.
Delivery
Our parcels are delivered internationally by "Japan Post". We have no control over the policies of Japan Post, and no control of delivery times. We provide our shipping services "as is", and once we drop parcels at the Japanese Post Office it is impossible to cancel orders or expedite delivery.
It is the "purchaser's" responsibility to check import laws on our products and clear shipments held by local custom offices. We can not provide any assistance for parcels held in customs in your country.
If "Customs" in your country rejects your parcel due to import restrictions and returns your parcel to us, we will not inform you (unless there was an error on our part) and will not issue a refund for the shipping fees or products that you ordered. Due to quality control we can not restock returned products. Returned parcels rejected by customs in your country will be destroyed.

If you want to buy more of a product than available in our shop, please be sure to include the exact PRODUCT NAME and the AMOUNT you want to purchase. In most cases we can add 10 or 15 of any product. (Unfortunately, we can not add quantities for "seasonal" and "NOW ON SALE" products).
If you are contacting us beacuse you have not received "shipping confirmation" or a reply to an email you sent to us, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER FIRST, as we have likely already replied. (We reply to all messsages, and we automaticlly send a photograph of your parcel, and Shipping and Tracking information for every parcel we send).
In most cases we will respond within hours. (Please keep in mind that we. are on JAPAN STANDARD TIME). Since we do respond to all mails (except spam and people selling us products and services we did not ask for), if you don't hear from us within 24 hours please try again or contact us through my Facebook or Instagram pages.
