Hot: Empty 1 Stick into a cup, pour 100-120 ml of hot water, stir well.
Cold: Empty 1 Stick into a cup, pour 100-120 ml of cold water, stir in plenty of ice.
Bottle: Empty 1 Sticks into your favorite "carry along bottle", pour 100-150 ml of hot or cold water, shake until dissolved. (Use 2 Sticks for larger bottles 250-300 ml).
