UCC's Secret to Deliciousness is their Single Roasting Method. Depending on the Type and Origin of the Coffee Beans, each is Roasted to bring out the individuality of the Beans. This is "Gold Special Blend".

Brazilian beans as a base, it features Rich Aroma and Flavorful Richness. Rich in Brazilian body texture with a savoriness like almonds that goes well with fragrant cookies. More Sweet than Bitter, a Rich flavor with a Rich Aroma.

Instructions: (How to Brew). Grind Gold Special Special Blend Coffee Beans as desired to "drip brew" Delicious Coffee:

1. Set the filter in a "Coffee Dripper Basket". Use about 2 Teaspoons per one cup (140ml) of water.

2. Pour boiling water over the Coffee Grounds and allow to soak and Steam for about 20 seconds.

3. When the Coffee Grounds swell, pour the boiling water in short intervals while the coffee drips from the "Coffee Dripper Basket".

Nutrition: (Serving Size 10g, Extracted in 140ml well boiled water), Calorie : 4kcal, protein : 0.2g, Lipid : 0g, carbohydrate : 0.7g, Salt equivalent : 0.003g.

ECONOMY AIRMAIL FLAT RATE: Flat rate shipping is the same as ECONOMY AIRMAIL (below). This option will ONLY be available during special sales or events. It is only for packages with a TOTAL WEIGHT of under 2,000 grams. Please note that our online shop shows the weight for the Product only, not the shipping weight of the package and shipping materials. If you do not see FLAT RATE SHIPPING as an option, try removing items from your shopping cart untill the total weight is under 2,000. ECONOMY AIRMAIL: This option provides Registered Tracking Service to track your shipment online. Available to limited countries for parcels with a Total Weight under 2,000 Grams. This is a service where international mail is handled as SURFACE mail in both Japan and the destination country and as AIRMAIL between the two countries. The service is much faster than SURFACE mail while the cost is lower than regular AIRMAIL. PLEASE NOTE that some countries including Canada and Australia do not scan and update tracking for incoming "ECONOMY AIRMAIL" parcels, however delivery is very dependable and on time. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 Weeks).

SURFACE: Parcels are sent by surface (ship). While delivery takes longer, the rates are reasonable. (Recommended for large orders with a weight over 2,000 grams). This option provides a Registered Tracking Number which shows departure from Japan, ("Dispatch from outward office of exchange") and is not updated until a few days before final delivery is made in your country. The service is slow but very dependable. (Average Delivery: Worldwide in 2-3 months).
